My work draws inspiration from the great traditions of Expressionism and Impressionism while seeking a contemporary voice rooted in observation, memory, and imagination. Through still lifes, landscapes, floral compositions, portraits, and scenes of everyday life, I explore the relationship between light, texture, and human perception.
Color serves as the principal language of these paintings. Rather than merely describing reality, it transforms it, revealing hidden moods, rhythms, and emotional resonances. Bold brushstrokes, layered surfaces, and dynamic compositions invite the viewer to experience each work not as a static image, but as a living encounter.
Many of the paintings revisit classical subjects of art history, such as fruit, flowers, interiors, and the human figure. Yet these familiar themes become vehicles for experimentation, allowing tradition and innovation to coexist on the same canvas. In this dialogue between observation and interpretation, ordinary objects acquire renewed vitality and symbolic presence.
